What is the cost associated with upgrading?

The actual upgrade process is entirely free — it won’t cost you anything to upgrade from MyDTT to 360iQ if you have up-to-date hardware. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information.

How long does the migration take?

If all systems are online and accessible, it’s possible to have the entire migration from MyDTT to 360iQ complete within 3-4 hours.

Why are we migrating to 360iQ? Are there advantages to 360iQ over myDTT?

How will the migration impact our daily operations? Will there be any downtime?

Downtime for the migration is roughly 3-4 hours. After that, the recording will resume. If the system is lost during migration, it may remain offline until it is returned online.

What support will be provided during and after the migration?

The migration team will be accessible throughout the process, informing you with any updates during and post-migration. Your Customer Success Manager will be reaching our for personalized trainings to get you and your team fully up-to-speed and comfortable with 360iQ.
