MyDTT Migration

This is variable from customer to customer. The actual upgrade process is entirely free — it won’t cost you anything to upgrade from myDTT to 360iQ if you have up-to-date hardware. If hardware is required, there may be a cost associated. You can work with your account executive to understand the cost, if there are any for you.

If all systems are online and accessible, it’s possible to have the entire migration from myDTT to 360iQ complete within 3-4 hours. In the case there are complications, this may be longer. Resolution times for offline systems and server issues can extend the timeline to 1-2 weeks.

Downtime for the migration is roughly 3-4 hours. After that, the recording will resume. If the system is lost during migration, it may remain offline until it is returned online.

The migration team will be accessible throughout the process, informing you with any updates during and post-migration. Any issues that arise after will be communicated with the customer and Account Executive. There will also be webinars and personal trainings available to get you and your team fully up-to-speed and comfortable with 360iQ.

For customers that already have all the appropriate hardware, all that you ned to do is review and sign a DocuSign quote and Software Migration Acknowledgement form. This can all be done remotely. You must work with your Account Executive on a renewal agreement if you require new hardware.
