Target Store Program
A comprehensive review of shrink results will be conducted by the Program Director in conjunction with the customer to determine the top shrink contributing locations (Target Locations). The Target Locations will receive additional services, detailed shrink action plans, and timeline review and analysis to effectively reduce the losses that are occurring.
Exception Based Reporting
LPI provides analysis of data from datasets developed specifically for your company using your exception-based reporting software. LPI data analysts perform a weekly review of your POS data. Data analysts identify and report possible issues pertaining to dishonesty, training issues, and operational compliance.
