Marc Litz was named DTiQ’s Chief Executive Officer in September 2022. Marc manages day-to-day operations and develops strategic initiatives to continue to accelerate growth for DTiQ. He has significant experience scaling companies in the technology sector both organically and through M&A and has managed large multinational teams and organizations throughout his career.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Marc served as DTiQ’s global CFO, where he was responsible for all financial reporting, accounting and treasury operations, financial planning and analysis, human resources, and legal functions of the company. Marc was also responsible for developing DTiQ’s overall financial strategy. Marc began his career in the technology sector audit practice of PwC, serving a wide range of software and services clients. In addition, he has held several financial leadership positions throughout his career for both publicly-traded and private equity-backed companies.

Prior to joining DTiQ, Marc served as the Chief Financial Officer of Lionbridge Technologies, a technology-enabled services company for which he was a key member in taking the company private. He has a degree in Accountancy from Villanova University and is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts.
