John is a proven global operational executive, growing enterprise B2B SaaS companies and returning multiple millions to both private equity & venture investors.

John has 25+ years of experience managing multiple stages of growth for tech companies ranging in size from series A to over $900M in revenue responsibilities leading large global sales, support, services, and marketing teams. He has a wide range of management and leadership skills, leading from 10 to over 500 people at Cisco.

He has spoken at numerous conferences globally including Hubspot’s Inbound and Cisco Live in the US/EMEA. He has also spoken and been on multiple panels for Gartner, BreakBulk Europe, and Forrester.

His most recent work experiences include Titan Cloud Software, Cisco, Crimson Hexagon, AT&T, Computer Associates, Intellicorp, Nokia, Tibco, and Bachman. He has been instrumental in managing and leading growth that has led to 2 IPOs and several M&A exits with positive outcomes for founders, employees, and investors.

John has extensive proven experience working with global customers in multiple verticals (CPG, Logistics, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Pharma, Government, NASA, Intelligence, Retail, Finance, Utilities & Telecom) He is an active advisor to PE-backed software companies and has a deep passion for working with leading-edge technologies in AI, social media, social good and telecom. John is active in the philanthropic world, fundraising for the Travis Roy Foundation, the UN, the St. Paul’s School, and other charitable organizations supporting the well-being of children.

John played (NCAA) Ice hockey and Baseball in college. He has a B.S. in marketing and information technology from Babson College.

He lives outside of Boston with his wife, Stephanie, and 2 children. In his spare time, he can be found looking for striped bass off of Martha’s Vineyard.
