Ariel Gonzalez is the Vice President of Operations for DTiQ. Ariel has 21+ years of experience in managing teams and implementing processes to optimize efficiency and consistently exceed client expectations. Prior to joining DTiQ, Ariel served as Sr. Vice President at KORE Wireless where he designed, staffed and managed a robust program for all branches of customer support and service. During his tenure, he led the support team through three company acquisitions. Ariel also brings senior leadership experience in other successful, high-growth businesses (MediaBrains Inc. and RacoWireless) where he expanded the client base and managed project timeline.
