Kate focuses on aligning talent management strategies with the overall vision of DTiQ.
Before joining DTiQ, she led HR at Advisor Investments and gained experience at Innosight Consulting Group and Highfields Capital Management. With a strong background in organizational development, Kate is dedicated to creating a workplace where employees can thrive.
She holds a degree from the University of New Hampshire and a graduate certificate in human resources from Franklin Pierce University. Her empathetic approach helps build a collaborative environment at DTiQ, where innovation can flourish.
