Vice President of Human Resources
Claire Gibbons was named DTiQ’s Vice President of Human Resources in May 2018. In that role, she is responsible for oversight of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Ms. Gibbons facilitates the development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, compensation and job classification structure, and programs for employee training, safety, health, and morale. Ms. Gibbons has more than two decades of experience as a Human Resources professional.
Most recently, she was the Executive Director of Human Resources for LP Innovations, Inc. which was acquired by DTiQ in January 2018. Prior to that, she was a member of the Human Resources Team with J. Baker, Inc.
Ms. Gibbons holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northeastern University.
